• We are a private, independent service and are not affiliated with the Thai government or the Department of Land Transport.
• We do not provide legal advice. For legal questions, consult a qualified professional.
• We do not guarantee mechanical condition of any vehicle. Buyers should arrange their own inspection if desired.
• The buyer makes final decisions regarding purchase, price, and timing. We provide support and coordination, not representation as a licensed agent.
• We do not bypass or circumvent government processes. All transfers follow standard DLT procedures.
• We accompany clients to complete transfer; we do not act as a licensed agent or representative unless legally permitted.
• Availability depends on scheduling and traffic. We cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
• Payment terms: payment is required to confirm scheduling. On-site sessions require payment before start.
• Our service fees do not include government fees. Any government fees required for transfer/registration are paid separately by the customer and can vary by case.
• No hidden fees: if a separate paid service is required (e.g., Transfer Readiness Visit), it is disclosed and agreed separately.
• Transfer Readiness Visit is a separate service when required. It is billed separately from purchase and registration support.
• All registration services assume required administrative documentation is available. If additional administrative preparation is required prior to transfer, this is handled separately.
